  4.   - Added /ZERO option to reset all games and users counts to ZERO.
  5.     Number of games and users will not change but the count will.
  6.     Today's date will be entered as the beginning date in all the
  7.     bulletins. (Available only in registered version).
  8.   - Improved ansi menus.  Borders are now a consistant color and
  9.     users name and data is alternating. 'Header' displays are now
  10.     all one color.
  11.   - Added another box upon execution to show actual command line
  12.     passed to program.
  13.   - Added EXCLUDE.RTM file.  When this file is created by the sysop
  14.     it will EXCLUDE the COLOR, BYE and/or SCORE commands shown on
  15.     the bottom of the menu.  Simply create the file and on the
  16.     first three lines put the EXCLUDED command entry COLOR, BYE and/or
  17.     SCORE and the choices will not show up on the bottom of the menu.

  19.   - UPGRADE from Version .99 to Version .993 by replacing your RT-MENU.EXE
  20.     with the file in this archive!
